Reading a story a night from this collection was a great idea. I enjoyed all of the stories, and thought this was a very solid collection. My favorites were A Double Thread by Imogen Hermes Gowar and Banished by Elizabeth Macneal, with The Master of the House by Stuart Turton being very good also. These are dark stories, often with gruesome or disturbing bits fit for a ghostly anthology, but I thought all of the tales were very solidly written.
