Persepolis: The Story of a Childhood by Marjane Satrapi
5.0
Sweet, merciful goodness. This book is fantastic. I hate myself for not reading it earlier. I mean, I got them both in a box set as a Christmas present and then continued to waste over nine months of my by not reading them right away. Never in my life would I have dreamed that reading about the Iranian revolution could be so exciting, emotional, and just overall highly enjoyable. Every should go read this right now. In fact, why I am I not reading the second one at this very moment?
