I'm not sure how to rate this one. It was better than the previous book and was a good end to the series. I think the problem is that the series started off really strong, and the first three books made it one of my favourite series but the last two have just not lived up to the start. 

I liked both Lincoln and Theo, but wow both guys have been through the ringer and it was probably a bit over the top. the book could have handled one scenario easily and still been entertaining. 

I did like that Theo wasn't magically fixed by  getting together with Lincoln. He still had his hang-ups and work was put in to help him get over what had happened in his past.
