I just hated it. It was so bad. The writing was awful, very awkward and clunky. 
The romance was also awful, it was just all horny and sexual thoughts with absolutely ZERO emotional depth. There was no emotional intimacy or any actual romance. 
It felt like a parody of a fantasy novel. 
I just couldn't keep reading. I was avoiding it and it was putting me into a slump.
