I feel bad for leaving such a bad review on what seems to be such a beloved book, according to reviews here. 
I'm sorry, but this book really isn't for me and I don't get how people enjoyed it.

They really said "Be gay do crimes" which in theory could be a lot of fun, but in this book it dragged and dragged and then twisted on itself by the end. 
This half star really is for the beautiful writing. The author really has a way with words and how to make them flow (even if it dragged so much in the middle)
Besides a concept that could be interesting, the execution of this book really missed for me. And I'm pretty sure I got a little traumatized by it as well, so thanks for that. 
I'll be over here now trying to forget this book exists.
