Yes, I was reading two Radden Keefe books at the same time :). In this book Keefe delves into the Sackler family and the opioid epidemic. I have heard great things about this book and all of it was correct. I knew more about what was in this book because I watched the series Dopesick (based on that book, which I have not read), but there was still a lot that I didn't know. Keefe did an excellent job in investigating the Sackler family and Perdue Pharma. I found the information on the three brothers that started the Sackler empire to be the most interesting because I didn't know any of that information. Seeing what Richard Sackler, the rest of the family, and Perdue did for Oxycontin was so incredibly unbelievable and how much they got away with everything. It's a hard to put down book and an eye opener and I'm really glad that the Sackler name is now associated with bad things.
