Lady of the Lake by Andrzej Sapkowski

Not sure what to think actually. After finishing this book I reread summaries for all the novels (I haven't read the second prequel yet, but nevermind) and I still have no clue what's going on. So apparently the entire business of Ciri *SPOILER* as the chosen one was for nothing? We don't know what will happen. I also dislike the ending of Yennefer and Geralt (I never liked Yennefer in the first place and am still mad about her bitching against Triss who is so much cooler, WHATEVER, back to the topic at hand), but I can see why it happened. I don't really get the entire Pseudo-Arthurian-Universe thingy, although Galahad and the framing device are quite sweet. I don't know, the entire ending was just meh. And what happened to Emhyr? Why did he change his mind? Did I miss something? I am so lost!

3 Stars because Geralt wanting to give up being a witcher and then picking up his witcher sort literally five minutes later to save the dwarfes in the pogrom was really sweet and he's one of the good guys. WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
