I absolutely loved every minute of The Wedding Party! This was so much fun and exactly the kind of light but filled with heart book that I was in need of. Guillory does a wonderful job of building characters who are whole and real and builds relationships that are enviable. I loved seeing Theo and Maddie grow in their relationship and I particularly loved Theo coming to terms with his own desire to be a hero when can't always be that. The honesty among all the characters was lovely and it was nice to read about a relationship of two grown adults who still have their things to work out, but who bring out great parts of each other. I'd highly recommend this if you're looking for a wonderful, light-hearted romance and I can't wait to read more from Jasmine Guillory!

(P.S. I'm also just realizing that her other books are part of a whole universe. It seems like the best way to read them is: The Wedding Date, The Proposal, The Wedding Party, Royal Holiday, then Party of Two - this was the order they were published in. Just in case you're like me and had no idea!)
