Zoe's Tale by John Scalzi
4.0
I was all prepared to just tolerate this one because of the teenage voice. It was definitely a 3-star read through the first half, listening on Audible to a female reader who captured the snark well enough that I could visualize every eye roll. But I actually ended up really enjoying the book.
Watching Zoe become the ambassador that I hope she does as the series continues was great! Scalzi shows she's her father's daughter and I loved that. The refresher course on the series was nice too since it's taken me so long to come back to it. Moving on to book 4!
