Wild Space by Karen Miller
4.0
I really enjoyed this novel, one of the most engrossing reads when it comes to my journey with Star Wars novels. The ending was a bit abrupt but it's understandable considering this is just a part in the series. I was taken in by all the matters breached in this book, the discussions between Obi-Wan and Bail were very interesting and the shifting POVs gave many looks on the topics at hand. I was anxious Palpatine's POV will be tiring but it was actually quite amusing and I did laugh at loud at the Chancellor calling Yoda a "disgusting toad" in his head. Also, warning, this novel will make you want to wrap Obi-Wan in a fluffy blanket and just make sure he's safe and relaxed. So much suffering for Obi-Wan in here! But well, I'll be reading more SW novels by Karen Miller for sure, this one really had me hooked.
