The Expanse as a series is just SO good. I'm reviewing and reading these as I go, and this one has probably been the least engaging for me personally, but still that's a relative take. The first half of the book focuses on other new characters rather than Holden & Co. which took me a bit to buy into and see their purpose in the story but the final arc of the book brings it all together nicely and I was deeply engaged for the last third or so of the book.
