Power Play by Ridley Pearson

The one thing I really like and admire about this book is that the author never makes anything easy for the kids. There's always something happening, whether it's the cat shutting down the computer, or unexpected betrayal, and it really keeps the story moving.

There were a variety of new characters (Disney characters) in this book. It was interesting but I didn't care for the choice of dialogue. While reading, I tried to picture the character talking the way it was written and it just wasn't working for me. For the most part it didn't seem believable.

Overall, the plot was intense and it seemed like every time I turned the page there was a disaster that threw a wrench in the kids' plans.
