This is a challenging read but worth the time. You can’t deny that Morrison can write! This book is haunting, challenging, beautiful, striking. Definitely didn't catch everything she was trying to say and warrants a re-read. I can see how this book has influenced so many Black writers following in Morrison’s footsteps.
