The Nurses: A Year of Secrets, Drama, and Miracles with the Heroes of the Hospital by Alexandra Robbins
3.0
Because of my work as a medical librarian, none of the issues discussed in this book were new to me.
However, for someone who isn't in the healthcare field, this book provides an excellent overview of the current state of nursing. I especially liked how each chapter is organized into sections, so if you're not interested in a specific nurse's story, you can skip over it to the general description sections.
