It's wonderfully written. Eleanor is a character, or protagonist that stays with the person reading her for a long time. I think anyone who has lived the book would agree with me. The book has warmth, and a witty sprinkle but also has dark undertones which make up the shape of the story and keep the reader on their toes.

One of those books that I'm going to recommend to everyone.
