Sad story

Con comes across as a happy go Lucky character, but deep underneath he is suffering and no one seems to see him. After a chance encounter by bren, con finds more than his lost girlfriend in store as his world is turned upside down. Will has suffered so much that when con crashes back into her life, she hates him and refuses to allow her heart to love him again. This book covers drug use, death of a sibling and domestic abuse and is harrowing to read the the things they both went through. It was a great story and I loved the kids and their comments, which lightened the story.
