This graphic novel adaptation is an impactful read. Even without reading the original novel, it proves that the original Slaughterhouse-Five's status of a classic is well-earned. The depictions of war are chilling, whereas the different philosophical thoughts flashed throughout the story linger and make you stop to think.
Graphic: Confinement, Death, Gun violence, Mental illness, Racism, Violence, Blood, Grief, and War
Minor: Sexual content and Pregnancy
