The Dragon's Path by Daniel Abraham

4.0

What a lovely fantasy story! Comparisons to Game of Thrones are inevitable, but these books are much tighter, focussed on a few human stories. Also really great characters. Cithrin makes a good female lead, and Geder is a fascinatingly unusual character. The writing style is nothing particularly notable, just clear and entertaining and solid. It's the plot that makes this book so enjoyable.
