Not quite my cup if tea, yet

I want to preface my thoughts with this isn't a bad book. I gave it 4 stars because it is engaging and well written.

I deducted a star because, like Elena, I struggle with the controlling alphahole who has no redeeming traits. The forced interaction feels forced. Maybe that shouldn't warrant deducting a star, but I wanted the stars to be a fair representation of my feelings of the book.
