It felt shorter than the previous volumes (edit: it actually is), but City at War is a good arc and I was mostly satisfied with the conclusion. The art and fight scenes are top notch. Points taken away for Don using a gun though I understand why it happened and that he's likely still dealing with it and it's one of the reasons why he stays behind with Splinter .
One thing: I've been mostly skimming the author's notes at the end of each issue, but I did see that in one of them, Eastman refers to Shredder as Karai's father, yet I don't see any evidence or mention in the actual comics pages. Odd.
