Again, I didn’t enjoy the characters, and the plot seemed stupid, though I understand it is not supposed to be logical or anything, but still, I was very indifferent to all the ideas expressed in this book. French literature is either hit or miss for me, and I am afraid this was the latter.

And yet again, this translation was wonderful.
