Her Final Breath is an excellent sequel featuring Detective Tracey Crosswhite. I really enjoyed this follow up which featured storyline first brought up in the first book. I liked how this linked both of the books together and gave a resolution to the crimes from the first. The first book focused a lot of Tracey’s backstory and history whereas this book felt like it gave us the first real glimpse of where the series will go and gives us more of Tracey’s squad. I thought the mystery was gripping and the crimes were unique which made them more interesting than a run of the mill murder. I’m onto the next book.
