This is a graphic novel centered around entomophagy, the study of eating bugs, and for that reason I was hesitant to pick this book up. While I have heard of entomophagy before, it was never something that I particularly gravitated toward but that being said, I think Blue Delliquanti and Soleil Ho did a good job expanding upon the cultural history and context of the practice in a thoughtful and tactful manner. Would I ever try it myself? Ehhh... most likely not but I did think this was a good, quick read. I really liked Delliquanti's art style and definitely will be checking out more of their bibliography.
