I just didn’t particularly like the heroine or the hero. The premise that was sold to me didn’t live up to my expectations (I love a well done second chance romance). This book was also focusing on side characters that later in the series get their own books. I feel like this book would be better if I had read the others in order (I’m not going to do that). This sucks to dnf because I have had this book for over 3 years and the cover and stepback is GORGEOUS!
