Rich Bitch: A Simple 12-Step Plan for Getting Your Financial Life Together...Finally by Nicole Lapin

5.0

If you are even remotely interested in getting your finances in order, this is a fantastic book to read. The tone is girlfriend-conversational. (Is that a thing? It is now.) There are things I never understood before (*cough* compounding interest), that I totally understand now. Nicole Lapin is that good at explaining things and she covers it all: the best way to pay off debt, where to spend your monthly dollars, how to save for retirement, and so on. She covers it all and she shares a few of her own mis-steps and how she learned about finances to begin with.

It's written in an engaging enough tone that you can read it cover to cover (I did). But if you are only interested in certain topics, you can flip to that chapter and get focused.

In case you didn't realize, I highly recommend this one.
