Enjoyable
I loved Ben in the previous books and in this one we get to see him up close and personal. I loved his total dedication and the reasons behind it. He didn't want fame and fortune for himself but to help his family. I really enjoy the little superstitions he has and the need for Canadian water.
Ethan was also a good character, I liked that he understood and accepted that he was retiring and then looked for things to do, he was happy to move his life around Benoit and wherever he got placed. He gave Ben time and didn't push him. I really enjoyed the way they joked around with each other.
It was lovely seeing the other previous characters who were already in the NHL give the guys some much needed advice, at times they didn't quite understand what they were getting to, but once they understood it was good advice.
