The Witch's Blood by Katharine Corr, Elizabeth Corr

3.0

I cannot say I enjoyed this book as much as I liked the first one, I enjoyed it, but by the time I got round to reading this book I felt that the story had just been dragged out. I did originally love the underlying themes, however, I felt that changing the original 'rumplestiltskin' style character for the last two books just made the first book feel unnecessary, other than for laying out who the characters are. I feel like this book would have been better as a standalone or as a longer individual book.
