Woooo boy! Was this a ride!
If you're familiar with Cutter books, this does not start out in a way you'd expect. If you know what I mean, then you know. And if not? Well, read his books and you'll find out.
So. It starts out not what I would expect, but it wasn't bad. I figured, I've only read The Troop so maybe that was just a one-off. It was good though, and I was into where it was headed, so I kept going.
And then I decided to read while eating lunch. And that's when my nice cozy comfort was ripped away from me, and I had to stop eating.
I shouldn't have eaten while reading.
I was dumb.
Don't be like me...

Bottom line? If you like gross, if you like well written horror, check this out. Just.... Don't get comfortable. And don't eat.
