I only picked this up because I, once again, desperately needed something easy to listen to while I worked, and it was easy to listen to, and engaging enough for me to follow along.  My ending feeling on this book is that I'm not really interested in reading the sequel.

(Which is unfortunate because the ending is a cliffhanger)

  It read more like a mystery than any fantasy in-regards to the main characters flower-powers. I was a little put off by some of the "modern" references made in the book, and I wasn't a big fan of the Greek Mythology tie-in.
