At the beginning of the book I thought that it was going to be dull and it would take me a long time to read it but by the middle of the book I was so intrigued I finished it so fast. The end was genuinely beautiful. This was the first Murakami book i read and I love the way he writes and how different and odd some of the things he says are, but i hate the way he describes women in a lot of his writing. I have read other Murakami books and I have a love hate relationship with them because he’s a genius in his writing but the sexuality is not needed and uncomfortable.
