This felt long while I was reading it but the last few chapters made it allll worth it. It's by no means a light holiday read but it is definitely full of heart.  Go into this one without knowing much like I did but reader be aware if you are a sensitive reader.  Emotional reads aren't for everyone during the holidays and although I loved it I know my daughter would probably not enjoy this for her holiday read.  I think a lot of the lower ratings have to do with expectation of a cute holiday romance and that isn't what this is but I really enjoyed it and being alll in my feels!
