Pop Sugar Reading List - Ugly Cover. Something Witty Book Club February Selection. I can not actually remember the last time I could NOT finish a book because it was so terrible. I think that the audio version likely makes it ten times worse. I wouldn't consider myself a prude, but after 8 chapters (of 41) the crudeness of this novel made my morning commute unbearable. I'll admit to reading other reviews and talking with other bookclubies to see if it redeems itself, after sufficient research of a big old nope it doesn't improve, I'm calling it quits. But yes I am absolutely including it on my "read" list of the year because of inflicted torture.
