Why the hell did I wait so long to read an Abby novel? BECAUSE THIS WAS SO STINKING CUTE AND FUNNY AND HEARTWARMING. I listened to most of this on audio and the narrators were perfect for it! Especially Zachary Webber.

Briana and Jacob were both phenomenal characters. They were fleshed out and incredibly well-written. Briana was a firecracker! Intelligent, fierce, loyal, and strong, and also has a hilarious petty side (which I honestly loved—we stan a petty queen). But Jacob stole the show here. He was incredibly caring, considerate, gentle, and affectionate. His social anxiety was super relatable (and I appreciated the rep). He is a perfect MMC. A precious gem of a soul.

The two of them together? Perfection. They were meant for one another. From the moment they started exchanging notes, I loved them. Their banter was hilarious, and their chemistry was palpable. And the way they just knew what the other needed
