There are occasional helpful gems in here. I found her writing humorous and I giggled out loud at moments. I feel like an audience who would appreciate it most would be those who were socialized as female, as we tend to feel guilty or ashamed unnecessarily over many things, small and large, and carry those feelings FOREVER. Or is it just me? The book was a bit uneven for me but I enjoyed it.
