The man writes about music, sound, vibration, connection, harmony, human expression, so beautifully that his words sing like music. I read this book stealing moments of down-time in a packed bar in Osu, Accra, surrounded by noise from the Europa League final, watching my beloved Man U lose. This book was so good, I didn't mind losing, because I gained the insight that Kamau is serving. Highly recommend for fans of beat poetry, spoken word, poems-as-music, jazz poetry.
