This book didn't grab me the way a thriller should but it was a very easy read that I flew through quickly. I found myself enjoying the diary entries more than what was going on in the present chapters.

At times it was frustrating as nearly every other character refused to tell the protagonist key information and often their reasoning wasn't strong enough and was just a way for the author to try and prolong the mystery. I felt there could have been more to it than that.
