A really good mix of found family, culture, spice, and fake to real love. The MMC had a strained relationship with is family and has built himself a great career and financial security in the US as his family in Sierra Leon seem to have abandoned him. After his Father’s sudden death he is left with stipulations on his inheritance, he must be married for 6 months to receive it all. The FMC is down on her luck real bad and also of African descent. He sees he and wants to know her asap, she sees him as a player. He convinces her to let him help her and then to fake a marriage, but to both of their surprise, they both fall in love and the spicy scenes are spicy!! They end up marrying twice once in the US and in Lagos so her family could be there. He gets a very big inheritance and realizes that even after death his father was proud of him and the reason he found true love. It was a good read!!
