Not Quite Nice by Celia Imrie

2.0

This ex-pats in Nice and their families and intrigues requires a complete suspension of reality. From the decision to buy a flat in Nice to arriving with one suitcase...and a bed (and bedding?) being there but no other furniture..and using an old towel used for hair dyeing - this has no foot in the "real" world and relies on every cliché under the sun. If you can (constantly) see past all of this, this is a witty but very far-fetched read with a lovely backdrop!
