I enjoyed the finale of this trilogy! I *did* have a feeling about who was behind the assassination attempt, and I was right, but I still enjoyed seeing all the puzzle pieces fit together just right so that the book had the best overall result. I definitely recommend the trilogy if you’re a fan of political intrigue and fantasy peppered with a smidge of YA romance. Sure, it’s convenient that Sage is always at the center of everything, but it’s the world of YA where a teen girl can be the savior of a world or country, so why not? This was fun.
