If I had seen the GoodReads rating for this was 2.7 I would have run the other direction! I should have listened to Anne Bogel. 😉 I had just heard such good things about That Kind Of Mother, but my library didn’t have it so I went for this instead.

Maybe I would like this book if I were younger, from New York, or didn’t get married at 22 and start having babies at 26. But I’m not, and it just wasn’t very appealing to me. I finished it. But I knew halfway through I wasn’t going to really love it.
