This feels a bit like previous Mafia romances I've read, where the MMC is so awful that they are completely unredeemable. It's why I rarely read them anymore. This is exactly that. Abuse and Non-Consent are not things I can overlook in one's character. They can be assholes. They can't be ultra toxic and possessive. I can put up with a lot, but not that. You can definitely go too far. There's absolutely nothing that can make up for it.
