The plot felt a little all over the place. I guess it's a mix of thriller/mystery with a hint of romance? I'm not exactly sure.

The end was a bit out there. I guess I never expected all of this to be because of drugs in the end. I thought it was part of the journey. It's a bit disappointing, really. Tyler sucked but I don't think he deserved as much trouble as Butch is in. At least he made a fresh start partly.

The ending really never gave a clear answer if Emilyn was going to give that other guy a shot (I forgot his name). Why have her struggle with her feelings for him at all only to give no answer at the end? It should have been left out of the story completely.
