Set the Boy Free by Johnny Marr

3.0

If you like Johnny, you definitely want to read it. There's not much to get excited about in the craft of his writing (not unlike his lyrics, fwiw)—but it's very readable, and his (very appealing) personality comes through.

The pre-Smiths part is the best part.

Kind of disappointing what he chooses to focus on in the post-Smiths part. Johnny has a lot more stories than are in this very short book.
