I don't read a lot of historical fiction but the premise of this one was so fun -- an expedition of women sent to find Franklin's lost expedition in the Arctic, wrapped in a murder trial. Really enjoyable with a group of female characters I'd love to read more about. My only complaint is I wanted more detail: I feel like this story could have used 600 pages rather than 400.
