I really enjoyed the setting because it was a fascinating glimpse into another country and culture, and the story as a whole was a cute new adult romance. I think paring down the cast a bit would have helped because there were a lot of characters, and several of them weren't necessary to the story. Cutting down the main cast would have helped tighten up the book overall. The writing style was also more telling and less showing, and I would like to have had more descriptive detail to immerse me in the setting.
