I love insane asylum stuff in Victorian historicals, I’m macabre that way.
So I loved all the chilling references to that here. But the pacing of this was a bit slow and the third act break up was complete idiocy so it gets four stars from me.

I’m not feeling like writing a full review for this one right now. I liked it. It was entertaining and the hero pummelled a villain for the heroine which is always fun. But what a dumbass he was the end. I’m too grumpy to elaborate.
