I'm ashamed to admit that I've never read HEIDI althoutg I knew a bit of the story but with this book I felt in love with Heidi, her grandpa and the Alps. The ilustrations are one of the best I've ever seen, I adored it, the ttechnique is perfect for children for it's minimalist and full of live at the same time. A must read for kids.
