A very reasonable 2nd installment, with a solid mystery underpinning it. again, a Texan is the hero, so those of us with Canadian gun culture may find the emphasis on carrying a side arm as the solution to all challenges a bit heavy.. but then it does come in handy in these stories... I enjoyed the mystery and the writing is solid.
