So I sadly just did not connect with this story at all 😕, I just felt very unconnected from the characters and the plot. I probably should of not finished it but I wanted to see if it got any better for me personally cause I see a lot of people really enjoying it and I was reading it for a book club, but it just didn’t get any better for me and I found the ending to be unsatisfying as well 📚 Hoping my next T. Kingfisher book I read will be more my taste 💚
