Moderately interesting, but not terribly different from 'Midnight: Wild Stallion of the West.' A mare escapes captivity and gives birth to a colt; the story follows the adventures of the colt as he grows to maturity. In the meantime, there are snippets of wilderness life in the early-19th-century west.
